I think this is only possible through id'ing or smithing which is almost impossible
Afaik, rank I lunge step doesn't exist so you can't use that then evo it.
Also, you can't stick on skills of the same rank.

The closest reasonable thing would be 2 rank III and one rank II...
ranks II, III, IV would be easier, though :)

Also, might want to put your lvl because if I was making this I'd stick it on a light saber for the p.attack speed +13 which is around lvl 80
