Jk jk. I suggest you check the wiki if no one else knows. If it doesn't have that information, you could try your luck with the Japanese wiki. Now I believe I got mine in Ginza management from a random monster drop, but it could have been pipe 3. I'm leaning towards Ginza though. For locations, I think you should stick to the "General" part of the forums.
