1st slot - Heavenly Shield
Axe affinity AND (One of Dark/Holy/Rain/Lightning)

The main element I want is dark; and I'm paying the most for darks.

2nd slot
Unblinking Eye (CF) Or Clean

Price negotiable.

NOTE THAT I WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY DOUBLE HEAVENLY SHIELDS.

Unfortunately, crit and slice on both the slots is the minimum requirement.
