I think it refers to the level requirement of the weapon. For example, a †D3† is level 108, which would qualify as 10X. Although I'm not sure why there were so many mentions of Cyphers if that's what the OP meant.
So, if im understanding you correctly, x=0~9 <because i've never seen a min equip lvl of 10x>; therefore op is looking to buy a twin sword with a min lvl of 100 requirement to equip said twin sword. That would mean hes looking for any weapon with a min weapon equip lvl 100 an up. amrite? If so, then why so many mentions of cypers when the highest min equip is 79. Maybe op is looking for a weapon that isnt available currently with a min equip lvl 10x. #onigiristruggles
