How bout you make new rules GM's: (Hopefully can edit the first post to put some rules)
1) Voter with less than 3post votes will be considered INVALID due to spam of creatin new email and vote for themself.
2) Not allowed to vote for their own contribution.
3) User who vote for contributor with multiple contribution in the same group.(Must add link for the vote to be VALID)
4) Vote must be based on contributor IGN(In Game Name).
5) Contributor or Voter who post on this thread more than 1 times.(After "Ringo Tarte" 2nd post)
5.1) Contributor = The contribution will be INVALID(Will no longer be count anymore)
5.2) Voter = all user votes will be INVALID

for no 1 is kinda hard since lotta player rarely use forum and only here for the event, and even the participants from what i saw there mostly their post lower than 10 including me.
i think it's better they provide IGN to vote, i've got ur point about spam vote but i think forum admin can see member IP address from their special forum panel (i'm once handle some forum outside), so if admin see same address they just need to not count that as a vote.
