Char is gone...

yesterday the 4th of july i was playing on my char. "Bluewolf lvl 14"

but when i looged into game today it was gone -.-"

can someone tell me whats going on?

and i used 20 dollar on game

Wow, that sucks. I'll bump just to help bring attention to that. I'd hate to have that happen to me. Hopefully you guys get your characters back.

If you guys haven't already done so, I would suggest submitting a support ticket to the staff in the hopes that you receive an answer, including character name and any further details if you have them.
