Need help for login in onigiri JP

when i complete setup this happen please help me

Go to Control Panel -> Clock, Language, & Region -> Region & Language -> Administrative
Change "System Locale" to Japanese. (Requires you to restart computer).

If it still doesn't work, go back to Region & Language -> Formats and change that to Japanese as well.
