eh..I expected something more or less with a reduced speed while keeping the same amount of time it is in effect...So either way I'm still not convinced they did the job properly. They just threw out numbers that sounded like something higher than the avg walking rate. Don't quote me on this, but I think most liquors shared a 3 minute time duration while Moon King got screwed. It be better if they renamed it "Diluted Moon King" though.
