Missing Character

Hi everyone, recently I logged in to my account and everything is well, my character is still intact then after 2hours of playing, i logged out. few hours later, i logged in and there was no character in my account. could anyone or could even the admin help me with this?
iGN: Juniper Level: 19
please if you could fix this problem. i know i didn't delete my character. I'll provide any information about my char.
