Help ! I can't do the main Quest

I got the Quest : Miasma Cleanup Operation. But when i got to the portal , it say " The miasma is too thick .... ". Somebody help please !!!

To get that quest you should have crafted a purity magatama, you need to equip it to be able to enter the dungeon/instance.
