DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THE REQUIREMENTS MEAN?, DETAILS PLEASE.

Use the damn General question and answer thread... =__=
The requirements for that one are clear. You know how skills have ranks? The things in roman numerals? You need to get the total level of sword skills for rank 6 or higher to be 150. You gain these levels by using the skills (and actually having them take some sort of effect, or fail if they are buffs)
