Considering you can find magatamas drop mostly (or always?) on Hard/Hell Difficulty (usually ranging ~8 levels below/above is it?), what about magatama recipes?

Because of how rare Magatama are no one has 100% accurate information. Not all Magatama have recipes as well. You're better off asking for individual Magatama since people can give an answer to those.

No it should not apply to everything. Pretty sure it's just your luck, unless the level requirements are more lowered than I thought.

Is there a reason as to why senpai is being spelled sempai? I am only asking this because of a pet peeve that I have.

Someone had the idea to romanize ん as m instead of n, causing a lot of wrong romanizations like Tempura and Sempai. Or at least, I think that's the reason.

No, the current level cap is 105. It's not 110 in EN yet, if it was the GMs in game would be level 110 and not 105.

For whatever reason, today I ended up downloading the Japanese version of Onigiri.. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but whenever I open Onigiri_US after installation, I end up downloading the Japanese patches. When I open Onigiri_US after the patches, it crashes...
I was having a few disconnections before I ended up downloading the patches, if that helps anything.
Another possible note is that I am playing from Hong Kong, but I have been playing from Hong Kong for about a week and this just started happening.
For whatever reason, I think there is something with the server? Just a day before the event too...

Sorry that you had trouble with the client. We are assuming that this is an issue which happened due to caches.
Basically the launcher systems used are all the same in both JP and US versions, except for the destination where the patch files are to be read.
For some reason the launcher might have read the cache from the JP version, leading the launcher to download patches from the JP server.
When this happens, as the launcher automatically deletes files which are incorrect or corrupted, it will start deleting all the files from the JP because they are different from the US version.
Until an official fix is announced, what you can do is to try deleting all caches from your IE or browsers.
