So I have a 5-7-5 skill ranked spear +60, but here's the problem:

At +40, it was still 5-7-5, and I used skill evolution each time. The skill evolution tool-tip says "does not affect skills rank VI and up + Ougi," and neither of the rank 5 skills fall into that category. Does it really mean: it won't let you go from 5>6?

If so, sucks. There goes an unnecessary 6m.

Yeah, it doesn't. I don't know if it's a mistransation or a bug, but I'll look into it if I have the time.

Here's the JP Text. My Japanese isn't the best but directly translated it reads "From the skills on the weapon, increase the rank of skill with the lowest rank. However, Ougi will not be selected, (and skills) will not become rank 6 and above."

Though you can get it through other means such as decomposing magatama, or probably if you're lucky enough Miroku might have it in bargain. I got mine through decomposing magatama

Pretty sure Cursed Blood was a drop from the boss in Nishidera.
