Also, I'll have you know that my entrance into the gaming scene marked the beginning of a legendary series, before me it was just Mario abusing animals and jumping over barrels. Without me we he would be nothing. Even in some of "his" games you can play as me, but often you have to earn the right before you can wield my power. I don't follow behind Mario, I make my own path, and when our paths do cross I am considered more capable with my superior jumping abilities.
