From +50>60 smelt, a breaking chance exists. It will notify you of a chance of failure in the UI.

-Where am I supposed to go? Followed the arrow, but it doesn't lead anywhere. I saw a FAQ on the first page related to Repairing Benkei quest, and I cleared Ankan Forest and went to talk to Momijina, but there wasn't a quest marker on top of his/her head.

Head to Izumo and enter Okuizumo.
