Kaguya. It's in the Quartz chain, though it's directly after the one they give for free so all you really need is the black smoke from hades.

Questions

Anyone knows if rank 8-10 skill exist in the JP version of Onigiri? If so how are they obtained (rank 10 especially)?

Are the options applied by matagama ornamentation random or do they add specified types of options to particular matagama? For example an ornamentation option that shows spear/sword/bow/staff skill force %. If I apply it to a spear related matagama, would I get a spear skill force option or it would be random and I could end up with say a bow skill force %?

They exist. I believe you can get them from ID, and skill change.

The market is not established yet, but yes, that does seem a little unreasonably high

You cannot have any of them equipped while getting the title. Also, all of the spears must be +40'd from enchantment. The actual weapon level is not relevant.
