Clouded Skull Recipe Glitched (advise please)

So I went to hand in my Clouded Skull bottle recipe with another bottle recipe to Ibaraki I had been sitting on.

For some odd reason when I went to hand them in she would not take the clouded skull recipe.

But then she took it through liqueur section as if it was liqueur recipe which it was not.
When this happened I got strange glitch where bizen bottle info was stuck on my screen even after leaving Ibaraki bottle change menu.

To make a long story short I dont have recipe in list even tho she took it but from wrong section.

I have recipe on another character and when I was too low it would just say "Bottle level too low"until I leveled her up to use it.

The problem is I dont have recipe at all now not in my inventory or list and as far as I know this recipe only comes from a quest that I now cannot re-take.

Something went wrong for sure and I really hope I did not perma glitch my character.
Does anyone know if this recipe "clouded skull" possibly drops somewhere too and if so where?

You can farm it from housuseri shrine.

are you sure you gave the clouded skull recipe? there is a sake recipe with a similar name, too.
