Problem before starting the game

When I launched the game, It started downloading the packages right away, but when I was observing the downloads, I saw that it would only reach 18% and fall back down to 16%. With that, I can only log in and create my character. I have tried doing a manual patch by following the instructions on this link [http://onigiri.cyberstep.com/_/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2154], though an out-game problem happened. When the download of the link I clicked was finished, I opened it, but it said that it Could not open file (using 7zip). As a result I had to find files, and look throughout the forums, which I did (link: [http://onigiri.cyberstep.com/_/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=3230] ) and downloaded them 1 by 1 (AND TRUST ME! IT WAS A HECK OF A PAIN!). After I downloaded them all, I stored a separate set of those downloads on a different folder, just in case my files get deleted inside my pkg folder. And I was right, when I launched the first window that pops up, It showed me a bar that said "Package Check Complete" and when I looked at my pkg folder, everything I added from the files I downloaded all manually was deleted. I tried to place it back after the package check, but when the game window launched, files were still downloading at the bottom left. (Still up to 18%). Oh pls help! I beg of you! I have spent all my time today figuring this out!

I would suggest trying this fix (viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2960) because it might be something wrong with Cyberstep's other file.

It might have something to do with your internet/(windows?) explorer cache which is what I believe the launcher utilizes.

Re-downloading the launcher itself from a different source might also help.

My internet is fine, and does "(Windows?) mean like what version of windows? If so, I'm using windows 8

Just so this doesn't work, could you please give me a link to a different source where I could download the launcher?
