It's just ultra rare, it can appear on any bow.

First of all thanks for this wonderful guide, now I wanna ask one thing. Is the Hattori Hanzou title a good one? The one that gives Dex+6, Item Gain Boost+15%, Exp Gain Boost +15% and Twin Swords Affinity +10%? As of now I'm using Sarutobi Sasuke title.

I'm a level 47 archer (used to be bow/twin swords before but I already ignored the twin swords). The exp boost is really tempting since most of the time I go solo and the requirement says that I need 2 more points in Pow, and since I have stats to spare, is it good to go for this title and put pow stat early? By the way, I still have my stat reset intact. Thank you~
