Well, you could try Kyoukotsu's Lair.

take a full pt and spam Training grounds in Onigashima , the mob won't be as huge as other maps, but it's a small dungeon and you'll be quick with your rounds. Also, the boss at the end drops Sinister bones so you can get those quickly too.


Kyoukotsu Lair is another good option.

if you want be super lazy - just go to byka hell mode, and kill the skelly's at the start of the dungeon and loot/ leave rense and repeat
