so im just wondering.. where can i get the recipe for this..?? i mean the one that i will gave kaguya to create one.. been looking for it for 2days now but to no avail.. =((

I've never seen one dropped, to my knowledge unless I wasn't paying attention to early game drops when I got it. On that note, it is most likely reward from one of the side quests

i agree, it is propably a questloot
you could try checking jp wiki for it. but if you dont know japanese you will have a hard time to narrowing it down. from what the google translator tells me it should be a quest somewhere in kumaso village

Just do all your sub-quest and you'll get it soon enough.
I can't remember which specific quest it is but by the time I reached Izumo at 17 on a gacha run I already had it.

Some quest won't open unless you reach a particular level or finished prior sub-quests.

You need a white glass marble x1(Dunno where to get this)
Lotus Spoon x3(daiku cave swamp stickies)
Glittering baby fly wings x1 (Sub quest in Izumo or Musca drop)

You can get the recipe from a Quest obtainable from Miki the wine seller in Kumaso village. She's next to Kaguya and Ibaraki =]

I believe you need to do one or two of her previous quests before you get to the one that gives the recipe, so don't be discouraged if you don't see it in the rewards section of the quest info the first time you receive a quest from her ^^

peachy had the problem of not having the kanmon recipe long after he maxed all of the partners and only got it through doing the quest from miki the wine seller.

Are you the same Seira from the CBT? Seems like there is one Seira in game now that isn't the same person from CBT (Unless he/she lied to me). I was your friend there and I was searching for you for a while. Kotomi was my nick in CBT.
