I lost my account?

So I had two accounts of the same email and same password. But one was made in the .exe and one was made on the cyberstep portal. I rebooted my computer to factory settings and now when I log on it logs me on to the Cyberstep portal acc that I made? I had 2 previous accounts Tsuna Sawada and Chrome Dokuro but now I cant seem to log on to the acc that I made with those characters. Please help? Edit: I changed my email on the cyberstep portal one but now it is saying that the first email I had were incorrect when I try to log in.

Eh...I'm a bit confused here.

When you "create" an account in the Onigiri server, you're actually connecting your Cyberstep account to the Onigiri online database (Assuming you created the Cyberstep account first), and thus the two accounts are one and the same. From what I understand, you had 2 (?) characters on your pereceived "Onigiri server-made" one, but when you factory-rest your computer the two characters "poofed". Actually, when you change your Cyberstep portal account, you're kinda changing your "Onigiri server-made" one too. The first email you had before you changed it will no longer work accordingly.

If so, then your problem is that you have no characters (Sorry I'm just like ???? right now) attached to the account right now, and I'm sorry to say that you have encountered the ever-serious ._. character deletion problem. You can drop an email to the Onigiri Help but I dun know if they actually check or reply that. T_T Sorry if I understood anything wrongly.

I created the .exe account before the cyberstep portal one. Assuming you cant create two accounts to the same email, I think the .exe one was a typo because I didnt even get a verification email. Do you think I can get cyberstep to change that email if I send them a ticket?? EDIT: I created a new account and tried to take my old characters names but it says they were still taken. So my characters werent deleted. But belong to a email with a typo in it

And falbelmz is right you encounter the serious whatknot character deletion because you create another with the same email and some of the other is not encounter this because they said they already create there account but why the register is still appearing not the login button and that issue has been fix and the people who encounter to register again when they register already they wait in the process to fix the issue of the login and registration

Congrats: You never actually lost your account in the first place! It's character deletion. Then you'll go HUH HUH HUH WAIT WHAT? (So here's the lengthy explanation of what most likely happened. Breaking it down into phases.)

Phase 1 - You created your Onigiri-exe account. This account is connected to the Onigiri server and has no email verificatrion or whatsoever. Similarly, it is not connected to Cyberstep at all. It's simply an account with characters

Phase 2.1 - So now you're liking the game and you create your Cyberstep account. Or so it seems. This Cyberstep account automatically connects to your Onigiri-exe account and "fuses" together. The two accounts are linked and will share similar email, password and characters. When you change your email in one of them, the other one changes too.
How do you know this actually happens?
When you buy Onigiri Coins, you buy it using your Cyberstep account. The Cyberstep general server sends this request to the Onigiri server, which communicates with your Onigiri-exe account to deliver it. Kinda explains the lag due to the transfer from one main server to another.

Phase 2.2 - You create your two characters along the way. Characters are avatars of yours which reside in the Onigiri server. They are connected to these two accounts.

Phase 3 - You reboot your computer and...Holy shit they're gone! There are two possibilities now.
1. Due to (unknown bugs?) reasons, the Onigiri server wiped your characters' connections to your own accounts. Now these characters are floating in...cyberspace (?) but you can't assess them. The server and cilent, however, thinks that these character names still exist and you can't re-use the names again.
2. Due to (horrible) reasons, the Onigiri server completely deleted your characters off the face of Cyber-Earth. Other people may have taken up your name afterwards. This is highly unlikely as your usernames are unique - Doubt anyone will take them.

Phase 4 - Now you ask: Why can I still assess the forums?
Well, your Onigiri account and Cyberstep accounts have not been deleted, only the characters attached to them. Hence, using these accounts, you still can use it/see previous actions.

assuming my acc is gone, I dont think ill be coming back to the Onigiri community </3 I just dont feel encouraged to do a 3rd playthrough and get all my hard earned items back (Took me a couple of days to find a Pineapple mag)
