How do you stop T-poses?

It was happening from the moment I started playing (only some npc and players were t-posed) but now there is an npc that i need to talk to for progression in the main quest line but i can't because they are t-posed.

Just wanna check a few things:
1. Have tried re-downloading the cilent before?(Note: Try not to right now since they're still fixing files here and there!) I think there's a problem with your NPC kxr files (Most likely missing or corrupted) or some of the snd.kxr files but it could be something else too.
2. Do you have npc_30-007.kxr and npc-0001.kxr files? :p These are the presumed-to-be-missing files from someone with a problem with the cilent as the download did not include those files.
3. Are the T-posed NPCs of similar type e.g. gender, clothing, occupation etc?

How do you check the files?

Also, Thanks for the tip of checking for similarities i just noticed the only ones that are t-posed are females (npc and player) when it is player they are sometimes missing items such as clothes or hair.

Yeah, if it's a new problem, I would suggest re-downloading and reinstalling the game client.
