Butterfly SP regen Accessory?

So earlier I was sitting outside Secluded Forest on channel 1, and I saw something BEAUTIFUL that caught my eye.
There was a player standing, and she had multicolored butterflies fluttering about her, and seemed to gain 5 SP/second from it.

I don't know how in the hell you get this but I want it. I didn't see it in the Nyan, so how do you get it? Peez I hope someone knows.

That's weird that it doesnt regen SP then, since the entire time I sat there (like 30 minutes) she had a constant 5 appearing on her, and I don't think it was a bug since it kept going even when I left map and came back.

The only thing I can think of that would give constant regeneration is Rest, which is a effect given by the Taikun Magatama that grants additional regeneration while sitting down. I'm not sure if it shows the ticks, or if it regenerates SP though.

There is the drink that does that also. and I think that does show the tick's...... I don't remember tbh

It's what you call Astral Magatama.
It does regenerate your SP when ur inflicted with any status.
You only get that as a gift from CS if you participated in their early bird campaign before OBT launch.
And it lasts for only 30 days. OBT started July first soI think you won't see them soon enough. Unless u can still have the visual effects without the passive effect just like the ones you get with nyankoropon costumes.
