Money gain % and exp gain % on weps ect..

ok so I searched I have not found anything although I remember a while back reading something I can't find it now t__t

so with these gains, lets say money gain % is this determined by your kill or when you pick up the money even on a team
same question for exp gain % is it when you kill or work when on a team and someone else is killing...

same chances of drop to the players and the money gain too but the different is the exp because of the level if your level is 21 and your pt members is kinda 22,23,24,25,etc they will get different exp too according to there level

And make it around 1/3 (or 0.3333...) of the EXP for leechers/support/healers (the one not attacking the mobs/killing)

you will get same exp pool even though your level to them is not equal just like when i'm still level 31 i farm inside of room of rites for 45 mins with 3 party and when we finish farming inside we get the same 10k exp but the other exp that you will receive according to your level is different
