Help with DaoPay

When I used payment method - DaoPay - Pay by Phone and get code/pin after a completed transaction. Everything was successul, but when I wrote code in game System - Serial Code. Code does not exists. Why?
I got wrong code or i wrote it in wrong place? Help me :(

Hey there! Actually, when you receive your code/pin, it means that you have already paid and the Onigiri Coins are being sent to you. This code/pin is for you to keep. Should your transaction not go through after a week, you can send a billing issue to Cyberstep and include the code/pin as reference. The Serial Code part is for special promotions only. Hope I've clarified everything!

Ok. It mean I get OC after week right? If not i must send message to cyberstep.
