You regenerate health over time, but you can use food to heal, or if the player can cast heal, heal you up that way.

I see, also one more question. If a weapon is unenhanceable, does that mean it is also unrepairable?

Most of the time, yes. You can check by Selecting Repair when talking to Yoshitsune. If the weapon cannot be selected, then it cannot be repaired. The description should also mention it in red.

you can see the description of the weapon if it's not able to repair like all the weapon that have lower durability and yes you can heal yourself by using first aid or sanctuary
