the 4th july at the update, my char went missing from my account, i asked them for help over and over again for 1 month now...
AND STILL NOTHING -.-" not a single word from cyberstep support team
WTF is going on!
we spend 20$+ on the char and then it disapear and, you dont get help for anything...........................


I QUIT!!

ps. DONT SPEND MONEY ON GAME, ELS YOU CHAR GOES MISSING TOO!!!!

I don't want to break it to you, but even if they'd do something against it, there wouldn't have been a guarantee to get your character back. Guess you learned from this.

I wish I could trade these costumes with your Ougis ._.. Without Ougis, I can't level my character as fast as those Ougi users. And furthermore, those Ougis and fine skills are only obtainable by spending some 0C..which I'm already sick of it.

These costumes even have 30 days 'remaining' accessories effect, which will tick off even when I don't use.

So gradually, these 'accessories' (the only useful items in Costume) will wither in value gradually.

And the Accessory Slots only have 2. It's already filled up. Good job.

A fine example of bad game design, game mechanics and the execution of the item mall. Good job Cyberstep.

What does cosmetic do? It enhances appearance. And those accessories and costumes are cosmetics. And we can't even trade it for something more important.
The more important things would be the inside. The character and the skills. Which why I was furious/upset spending for nothing.

And I can't hunt or support properly without those Ougis. !!@$#!@#!@ C$
