Taunt turns all enemies against you in a very short range (Kinda useless IMO). Intimidate slows down enemies in the same way as cursed shot for bows in a much larger range (might be a 12m radius for V, can't really remember). I've never put stats in Vit, am daring, and am lvl 69 so I'm assuming vit doesn't matter
Intimidate also doesn't turn the enemies against you if they're already following someone else and can be set up and held while they walk into range
