THANKS FOR ONIGIRI CYBERSTEP. WHERE IS MY CHARACHTER

What Do you think about this game?
I think this is a nice game, casual gaming, and really nice game at all.
already spend much oC at this game *5 digits*
but now what i get,
i'm lv 78 before hokurido patch. and then cyberstupidteam update hokurikudo map. i still can playing. but hokurikudo map didn't open yet,and i still playing my lv 78 charachter.3 days after it, they open hokurikudo map. so i login to my charachter and try to play at hokurikudo, but my charachter got error 100005.
already sent message to cyberstep and they keep replying with template with BOT,
it's already half month since 28/7/2014 till now can't login too.

My char is Ragazza
lv 78 Power Type
full costume
full ougi (there is more than 50+ unused ougi in my charachter)
4k oC left at my charachter,
rare magatama

just for info for everyone don't spent much money to them.

Better not spend any money with cyberstep. Lessons learned hard way. I got no ougis spending ._., you're already lucky actually.

The devs here are not really caring about player fanbase, eventhough with good care and treating player better they can get a lot of more money. ( or perhaps they can't edit/modify anymore? ).
Even with bad treatment, they still get a lot of money from OC, so why should they care?
Since I heard that team of developers usually being dissolved once the game project is done. Leaving only small fraction of editable update to marketing team and publisher..

One of my prized weapon also got destroyed ._., and one of my most prized wand also got reduced durabs a lot because of failed attempt of smelting, and it already cost millions of ryouma.
