Try to reinstall the game or try to clear the cache or if the two option is not work at all please submit a ticket to cyberstep so they will look for the solution of your problem

Re-installed the game and still doesn't work. I submitted the ticket with a slight hope it it is going to be responded

just wait for there reply and did you read the notice when you report it will be process in friday so you should wait and have a patience for a while

They responded. However, they, too, don't know how to fix it. Even it can be fixed, they don't know when it is going to be fixed.
