Help! I Crashed In Kumaso And Can't Get Up!

Help!

I only just now reached level 20 (finally) and was on my way from Izumo and back to Kumaso Village to finish a Gamma whacking subquest when boom -- my VR world crashed with a "Onigiri.exe stopped working" sign! But even worst is when I started up again it crashes even after I leave the enter game screen! Everything was going perfect till now, at least until the Yataka Festival update night (I have good things to say about that festival though!) But what do I do? Who do I call??

It seems alot of people are having this problem, what I recommend it going in to program files and removing onigiri by deleting the folder, then re-install, also remove from the program files list, If you need a bit more detailed explanation let me know :3
If this doesn't work I recommend checking to see if your drivers are up to date if they are not then update them.

Leafay, if you don't know surgery don't do it, especially when it's a totally unnecessary wild goose chase. This is no driver issue. It suddenly occurred with the festival update on machines new and old. It has to be fixed at Cyberstep's end. Send them a bug ticket.

Hi All and too bad, so sad...

For nearly three days I've been unable to log into the game for chronic crash reasons mentioned on other topics concerning this Yukata Festival Update Bug, and since I received no customer service or Moderator replies that my fix ticket requests were even received, I'm taking the advice of some here to move on to the awesome supermarket of games that they have on Steam/Valve. Whoa epic free stuff!! I might drop by Onigiri once every other week to see whether anything's changed but I just can't put MMO thrills on hold like this even for a generally nice looking and playing game like this -- and the festival lights and fireworks were beautiful -- I hope the developers saw that note in my fix ticket too, though I never got a chance to wrap on a yukata or do the haunted house . Anyway, mighty thanks to those nice guys here who helped this newbie crawl up to level 20 and maybe if we're lucky we can meet again on Steam! Till next time, see you -- maybe Take care!
