Game keeps crashing!

Okay so.I was playing onigiri as a lvl 4.I logged in and started the game then this pops up http://prntscr.com/4hitwq What should i do? I keep trying to log in but i get the same results

Kikaigahara Rest Stop has been causing crashes for an unknown reason. It doesn't seem like CS has been able to isolate the cause of the crashes, hence no fix.

Given that the crashes haven't been patched, it's not a matter of delaying the event but rather deciding whether it should go live with the crashes or simply never be released.
While I understand that the crashes are a more severe issue than the cancellation of an event, the developers may decide otherwise, either not spotting the issue as no crashes occured during testing (the crashes only occur on certain set-ups) or finding the crashes but decided that the people who would experience said crashes were either insignificant in number or otherwise (e.g. less expenditure on games than the rest of the consumer base) hence concluding that it was better to introduce the event than let it go to waste.

That being said, it would be in CS's best interests to end the event as soon as possible. I doubt they would want to take back 10 days worth of items and levels from majority of the player base.

CS doesn't do any maintenance on the program, Tech Support and developers does. CS only passes the problem to Tech Support and developers to fix.
