How long will it take the game to fix its problems

As the title says I keep getting an error 01007. Saying everytime I log in CURRENTLY ON MAINTENANCE and i try everyday to log in. Really disappointing to see how this game is gonna go down pretty soon. If they ever read this I mean IF EVER hope you can fix the problem .

The bigger question is does CyberStep have any intentions to fix? I don't expect them to fix a problem yesterday, but it'd be a kind of courtesy-- especially expected of Japanese -- to give us a head's up that they are working on it. We're not even given an acknowledgement that they even know there are big problems for those from mid-to-low levels who can't even log-in because of this Yukata Festival bug. Seriously, I'd move on to other MMOs than hanging around waiting and being stood up by a company which is more and more acting like they _adopted_, NOT developed, this game from someone else. Like I said before it's shame because this game has a lot going for it except parents who care -- except maybe for non-Japanese.
