ERR_01005 & ERR_01010

I can't loggin my main account.
I keep getting error either one 01005 or 01010.
I can logging on my other alternative account with no problem.

I have already sent a ticket and they told me to try to reinstall.
I already tried and it didn't work.

no fix no patch no respond.

Might as well quit, If they can't fix it. (After all that investment) (Uhh, NO....JUST NO)
Can't they just roll back the account before it went bug? (BACKUP) I send them a ticket about it... waiting for for them to respond though
After I went to the Temporal Rift in Echigo. It was loading so long (it was unsual, so I alt+F4) and then I try to loggin......(Guess what? BOOM ERR_01005 & ERR_01010)
I try to dig some info about the errors in JP version. Seems like people have the same problem and no solution whatsoever.

If i do recall error 1005 is when you first try to Log in to your account after hacking your stat points - its an auto ban basically so if you have more than the total number of possible stat points for your level you will automatically be blocked from logging in that is what a GM told me .. so don't be surprised you cant log in you and your BF cheat and were blocked for doing so.
