A HUGE PROBLEM

i am posting this because i recently bought a 25$ gift card that has worked b4 but i just tried to buy OCs and it said there was a problem with the merchants server or something like that. i want my 210 onigiri coins plz. now it says my gift card has no money on it so what am i or the admins can do about this. i really want my coins plz

This seems like something that should be addressed through a helpdesk billing ticket, as well as a phone call to the company responsible for issuing the gift cards. (Visa, or whatever)
