Buying Ougi 1, or "trading"

I rolled and got 2 Ougi skill cards 2. Yay? It's also the only one I don't need. I need an Ougi skill card 1. So I can either "trade" skill cards and equip someones weapon with thunder beast, tidal wave, etc. (Whatever else comes on Skill card 2) in exchange for someone equipping my weapon my weapon with skill card 1 which has extended heal, fujin circle dance, etc. We can negotiate on that. OR someone can buy my weapon which is unfortunately 84 min since it's +100, equip and sell it back to me. In order to make the 84 spent on buying it, you would need to sell it for 120 to make it back, and I'd be willing to pay, 40c for the Ougi? So I'd buy it back for 160. I'd much rather "trade" for it. Big side note, which I guess would make it a main note? Anyway, you need to be minimum of level 75. Not exactly for trust, but it's also the minimum level required to wield the level.

What level are you? I think I've seen your name before. And if you don't have enough initial OC to buy my weapon to trade, then I suppose so.
