I want to ask this question since there is no info in the wiki yet :

Where can I get this weapon from? Which dungeon does these weapons drop from?, or if it's weapon smithing/'crafting, what ingredients do these weapons need? And where can we get the drop for the weapon's ingredients?

I meant to say that the Tokoyo Sword recipe was obtained from a quest in Kyoto. If you plan on editing the tables please do so correctly, since I normally have others add in the information then correct formatting and so on, instead of obtaining information myself.

Genma should be obtained from Miroku while he is Lv16 ~ 18 (Lv4 Negotiation / Bargains).

My wand fortunately have both evolvable Ougis ( I don't know is it luck, or is it guaranteed evolvable with Ougis ). But, now I'm stuck to +40 to +50 and already spent around 50-70 million ryous to smelt it and still fail even with Lucky Fortune ._., I don't know whether this game has broken mechanic or I'm really bad with RNG and got all the fails even if the success chance is already 65% ._.

I'm pretty sure that you're guaranteed an ougi evolution at least once, well you can check by unchecking the "show evolvable weapons only" option (something like that, top right) and finding the weapon.

Smelting takes a lot of ryou -.-
No idea if it's just bad luck but it always seems like if you fail a smelt once, it will fail again and if you don't use a crafting amulet, the slot will break.

It's ok Lynneth, you aren't alone. Yoshi just robbed me of my ryou from smelting my Cyphers from +40 to +50. Smelting failed 10 times before she finally made it work. (I also used fortunes like you did to no avail) >.<

I wonder how bad her smelting will be after the update when we need to smelt new weps?
