[SOLVED]Downloading Update Failed, Stuck at 95%

Ok, I encounter a new problem here, after fixing the other ._. , I guess time is almost up for next login bonus , I will need to return to 10% bonus

I'm stuck at downloading update 95%... and I've been waiting for half an hour ._.

After restarting, and trying to come back and retrying for five times.. I give up. I need my time to do other things rather than just waiting to download update of Onigiri. I guess living up to its name, C$.

Never had that ERR_00201 before, but I remember not being able to get the game running at first. Did you install the game using the .exe installer here: http://onigiri.cyberstep.com/nolayout/r ... nload.html? I was unable to launch the game using that one.

I'd recommend re-downloading the .zip installer, patching it, and keeping a copy of the pkg folder once you have verified that the game is running.

Also, you could try the suggestions on this thread viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2223&hilit=update+failed&start=10. Though I'd prefer just re-downloading the zip (it's faster than patching the empty client). You will eventually need to patch the game from the last content of the manual patch. It'd take a while but still preferable than waiting for days.

I can't seem to login into the game and the launcher when inside always failing to download the patch.

Do you have a backup of the pkg folder (even a non-recent one)? If so, maybe you can delete the whole pkg folder on your Onigiri install and re-copy the one from your backup. You would still patch a hefty amount of data but it's gonna be better than re-patching the whole thing.

Anyhow, the latest manual patch the game has uploaded seems to be of June 5, 2014 (viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2154&start=10#p8225). Perhaps you can try emptying your pkg folder and applying this patch if you don't have the backup.

No, I never have problem downloading update. Only in this latest patch I encountered problems. So, I never have a backup or any sort. I guess it might be the best time to leave this game along with my (unused) wands and onigiri coins.

One of the most dissapointing MMORPGs I have played. First time retiring because being forced to be not able to login. Very funny indeed

Really looks like a corrupted client. It actually happens even when not patching this game... it's so weird (suddenly losing everything in the pkg folder). Anyway really looks like you have to re-install. That should 100% work.

Unused wands *shrugs*. Well, all depends on whether you still have the drive to grind your way up to use them.
