So uhh what happened to this event? the rewards are still not given its so late

I sent in a request on September 9th:
Where are the rewards for the Dungeon Master Event?
It ended Aug 31st. Unless it got extended.


Yesterday got a reply:
At this point, we are still waiting on the final information regarding the event from our Systems Team.
We plan to have this done shortly and thank you for your patience in this matter.

If its been almost 2weeks and considered "shortly" im not quite sure what it would mean to be long
