How should I do the Main quest?

The main quest takes me to Kikaigahara Rest place and then to the place where game crashes and I loose my char forever.So how should I do it?

Nothing.
It's a known and very famous bug for newbie. If you're lucky, you won't get the bugs finishing the main quest. Try to send a support ticket to Cyberstep for your character.
