Can't Launch Onigiri

I was playing this morning just fine, and 45 minutes into the game, I randomly got disconnected. Then, my game sat in "Logging in" for 30 minutes. So I force quit the game, and boom. Japanese downloader. I quit the downloader, but afterwards, my game wouldn't even launch. And believe me, after trying these "quick fixes" like deleting the cache and all of that nonsense, I found it was just less stressful to close the Japanese downloader and relaunch the game. Sure I'd have to wait for like 2 hours EVERY TIME it happened, but I put up with it. I've seen many people with this problem, and the rest of my day was spent trying to fix the game. I've reinstalled countless times, restarted, downloaded other files to replace my own, but none of it worked. I can't even launch the game to get an error log to send in. It's like that on both of my computers. What a coincidence. After all the problems this game has, having nothing to do but grind, and a dying player base, then I think this may be the final straw. If someone can't help me, then I think it's time for me to pack up and leave this game too....

I dunno how tht happen to u but, at 4.00 PDT they are havin maintenance...

I hope you didn't try to mess and login in at tht time... 8-)

My friend also hav tht japanese client problem and suddenly came to my house 20-30min after maintenance start...

My friend suddenly complain tht cant start the launcher now, at morning was able to play(My friend didn't know there's a maintenence & try to login at tht same time, tht's how the problem start...Had to copy my Onigiri & cobra file :roll:

30minutes more and maintenance will be over...Assuming tht they didn't extend maintenance 8-)

They already put the notice 2days ago to notified us at their website...

I saw that update on the website. I was in a party in the middle of Kaga. I know I wasn't playing during the update. And believe me, I read your posts several times(Your fixes). Nothing worked.

The maintenance is over now, is there any changes with the backup Onigiri?

what i did was completely uninstall and now reinstalling it . Patch takes forever tho . if theres a link on manual downloading of the complete and recent patch it would be great :O

you should just change the system.ini file

it should be like this

if the url in the launcher is http://download.getamped.com/US_Onigiri ... launch.kxr you will get japanese launcher instead of english
