now i know what is wrong

the http://patch2.onigiri-online.com/patch/cobralaunch.kxr, http://patch2.onigiri-online.com/patch/cobralaunch1.kxr and http://patch2.onigiri-online.com/patch/cobralaunch2.kxr in setup.ini is not working so the launcher can't load.

i tried to change that in http://patch.onigiri-online.com.tw/patc ... launch.kxr, http://patch.onigiri-online.com.tw/patc ... aunch1.kxr and http://patch.onigiri-online.com.tw/patc ... aunch2.kxr and it works but got taiwan server lol xD

now i use a proxy ip based in the US and now it works fine.

does cyberstep blocks some isp from other country? i wonder why
