Title Succession Issue

I am having trouble understanding the requirements for one of Amaterasu's titles. I believe it is the 'Katou Kiyomasa' title which grants 40% Spear Affinity, etc.

One of the requirements is "Have 7 or more Lv 40+ Spear (Need 7)" and I cannot seem to finish this no matter what. I have a lot more than 7 spears that are over level 40, but the requirement does not change. I even upgraded a new spear to Enhancement lv. 40, but that didn't change the requirement at all either. I don't know if there is something I overlooked, but I need help figuring out how to match this requirement. Thanks!

It means you need 7 spears enhanced to +40 they dont need to be lvl 40

You need 7 unequipped and unfavourited +40 or above Spears.
