Purity is the cheapest way to get miracle stones Ryou-wise, hence why it was listed alongside Tiger and Bandai.

1.Smelting can take to rank V, you can get rank VII and VI from gacha.

2.Extraction is available after progressing the story (and presumably lvling momo). There is a guide for this.

3. 0.o Not quite sure what you're asking but early on the partners lvl pretty fast so you're better off replacing your early equipment with stuff more suited to your lvl. You can get skill cards of IV rank from lucky boxes and stick those on if that's what you mean. I wouldn't really recommend rank VII skills when you're low lvl unless you have lot's of sp because they usually take around 100+ sp per use.

But all the weapon I see so far is just skill rank with 3,1,2, 4,1,2 (those with passive only might see rank 4), other than that, all just rank 2,1,1, etc. with smelting as I cant reach that high yet, can only evolve 4 times, that doesnt even make skill to rank 3 sometimes.

so for low level player, just stick with what they have first, wait higher level only start hunting? (meaning waiting shizuka level higher?)

U don't need to get all 3 skill to rank V...
(unless u hav Momo to extract skill rank IV which would be a waste of time when u can juz lvl urself by leechin)

Yes. You will need to progress your main story and max Shizuka Affection level by feeding them with presents (this will quite take lots of time), since you can only feed them one by one, especially in higher level Partners.

If your shizuka level has been maxed, you can get weapon with skill lv.VII, and I got three or five weapons with skill lv.VII (unfortunately not my weapon of choice ).

I got Crimson Cut VII (Twin Blade), Great Harvester VII (Axe), Magic Shield VII (Staff) after identifying around 100 gold and silver weapons from Sado Mine.

what I mean is,
even for "white" weapon, which is affordable the most cheapest for lower level to smelt, the skill always come around rank 2,1,2 / 1,1,2
and for the limit to smelt only to +50, mean I can only upgrade 4 skill level, that would only make 2,1,2, become 3,3,3,

which cant even reach rank 4 here and people keep telling me certain skill reach rank 5 only starting to be useful. so am wondering how low level player can get it, if not, I understand that low level player just need to stick with it first and just focusing level up. XD

Idaten's Grace can only be applied to a single target other than yourself. The only thing that changes at higher ranks is the duration of the buff. If you want to self-buff speed you'll need Rapid Storm, a staff Ougi from... I think it's Ougi card 2.

Stones are global drops and are not affected by level penalties like friendship items and lucky boxes are. As far as I know there aren't any specific enemies that have a noticeably higher chance to drop any particular stone, though there are three chests at the end of Hermit Crab Grotto(level 70 dungeon) that have fairly high chances of giving a random stone. I've rarely seen two stones from a single chest. You could also try repeated crafting/dissolution of very simple Magatamas such as Purity.
