he/she should give me a reason /info or something that "why" should I buy that item for that "prices". he/she can willing negotiate for a good benefit for both buyer/seller. i want at least were in good terms.

someone sell/offer me "item" for OP.. I ask, why they selling it for that high price...
I know how it is hard to ornament magatama but at least they should'nt sell it to me like that..

It takes an average of 64 attempts to get double HP/SP/Crit rolls without factoring in any crafting amulets or slot aids.

This is why people have such high prices for near-perfect ornamentations. You will almost never get an equal or greater value for what you put into it.
