You realize WDS from skill cards are at level VI, and its really rare to get a WDS VII from skillchange or identify? good luck trying to find a spear with 2 VII on there. I've seen some with 2x VI, or a VII + VI, but never seen one with 2x VII.

WDS 2x VII is impossible atm since you cant evolve rank 6 skills to rank 7
