So i did a check up and i saw that a tiger moth had like nearly 30-40-50% more damage initially than my golden bow .. so i will work to make a tiger moth +70 and hopefully the damage will be better and do more damage ... of course it will be time consuming ... but my future one will be thankful

PS: TAKE ME WITH YOU TEKATO!!! i can't take anymore that dungeon!!! (thought i only did it once)

By the way, is tehre a dungeon after the 2 frogs only, i suspect Satan's one?

Whoa there, Tiger Moth isn't anywhere near a 30-50% damage upgrade over Golden Eye(assuming your Golden Eye is level 76.)

At +100 with 100 Grade a level 76 Golden Eye has around 5061 - 5762 attack. A similar Tiger Moth would have roughly 5971 - 6705 attack. That averages out to a little over 17% attack difference on the bows themselves... but when you factor in affinity the difference is even smaller; closer to 11%. If the 9 Dex from Golden Eye is giving you any affinity at all(up to around 400 or so if you need every last point) then the upgrade is smaller still; as low as 6%.

It's really not worth the time to farm or the OC to burn. Your time would be much better spent grinding a bit and working toward a Glazer One or an Albatross.

As for the dungeons, you have plenty more to do after the frogs. I don't think you're even halfway done the quests toward Satan.

What I notice is that the more people there are + the higher the difficulty, the more often it drops rarer recipes/items.
In that regard, yes Satan does drop CROSS recipes. However, even for a 5 man hell party, it's fairly rare. To give you an idea, our party has probably killed over 100+ satans on 5 man hell and out of all 5 of us, we've only obtained about 3 cross recipes.


It does drop, but at a ridiculously low rate. Your best bet is to 5 man hell satan and keep grinding until it eventually drops.

It takes a while to make, and yoshi's smithing level is usually lower than Shizu's id'ing level which is why I wouldn't suggest smithed weps (except for the current end of content ones). My guess is that everone's going to have to get at least to level 100 by the end of the content unless they're leeching so a lvl 86 bow... to much effort imo (to smith), esp given the time needed to craft one.

Basically as you can see from link. The aramitama weapons are required to craft the level 105 gold non-satan weapons. example: To craft the disruptor bow you need glazer one. The same follows for the other7 weapon classes. If you want the satan STAR and CROSS recipes for weapons, no need to do this step. Otherwise yes.You need the aramitama weapons to craft the level 105 non-satan gold weapon )
