Please,Help me! "onigiri.exe has stopped working"

I've lost my 5 characters because of this crash report. everytime i log in my character the crash report appears and because of this error I am unable to play the I already tried un-installing the game and install it again updated my driver but nothing happens still same error but when I create a new character works fine but i guest in the near future the error will pop up again. Fix this pls.
