There's no drop or recipe for it...
It can only be brought from Miroku bargains...

Actual item can only be obtained through Miroku bargain, but the recipe indeed drops. I got mine from Western/Eastern Frontline army boss (hell)

My mistake there, didn't realise tht i also hav it in Yoshitsune craft list... :oops:
